Ann Hendon handles TTG credit administration and business process improvement projects involving loan operations, documentation, processing, servicing, systems, and compliance issues. With more than 25 years of banking and consulting experience, Ms. Hendon has worked with mid-sized financial institutions, managing process improvement and income enhancement projects. Her background includes: administration of commercial and consumer loan underwriting systems; software installation, administration, and operation; regulatory compliance, Sarbanes Oxley control testing, and enterprise-wide risk management for lending operations; and back-office support of bank mergers, consolidations, realignment, and conversions. She trains client management and staff, develops a customer focused environment, and converts functional areas to more efficient operation.
 
  • BankAtlantic, Fort Lauderdale, Florida (1995-2012): Ms. Hendon served as Vice President/Manager of Loan Administration and Support Services, managing 37 staff personnel and 78 branches, commercial and consumer loan operation functions, related process and software initiatives, regulatory compliance requirements, and overall workflow controls within the Operations Division.
  • FDIC and DOJ bank project consultant (1991-1995).
  • Florida thrift (1986 – 1991): Ms. Hendon managed the loan administration department responsible for loan operations and supporting technology.
  • Broward College and Palm Beach State College; continuing education programs for bank leadership, project management, regulatory compliance, credit analysis, and loan underwriting.
